For more than 20 years, Tom Wilson has been working closely with Maritz clients, helping them understand, enable and motivate their people to drive business performance and sustainable growth. Currently, Wilson serves as division vice president and financial services sector lead for Maritz Travel. In his role, he leads a team of business development executives, helping them retain, acquire, penetrate and grow Maritz Travel clients through the delivery of business strategy, consultation and execution of their meetings, events and incentive programs. In addition, he works extensively with large financial service firms, developing performance improvement initiatives for their customers, employees and channel partners.

With extensive experience in program design and execution, employee recognition, strategic meetings management, return on investment modeling and sales incentive design, Wilson is able to gain a deeper understanding of the business culture and climate of each Maritz Travel client, ultimately helping the company create exceptional experiences that inspire people to achieve extraordinary business results.

Wilson serves on the advisory boards of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Las Vegas Convention Visitors Authority and Elite Meetings. He is also involved in many industry associations including Site, Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), Human Performance Improvement Professionals and Loyalty360. Wilson holds both a Bachelor’s degree of finance and Master’s of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
